Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of diamondremodelingcny.com. Please read them — using the site means you accept them.

Last updated October 24, 2026

Important: these are the terms for using this website. They are not your remodeling contract. The work itself, its price, its schedule and its warranty are governed only by the written agreement you sign with us, and nothing on this page changes a word of it.

Accepting these terms

This website is operated by Diamond Remodeling. By browsing it, reading an article or sending a consultation request, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

Diamond Remodeling provides kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, tile and flooring, and interior finishing in Central New York — specifically Onondaga and Madison County. The site exists to show that work and to let you start a conversation about yours. It is information and an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance.

Requesting a consultation

Sending the consultation form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It does not reserve a place in our schedule, create a contract, or oblige us to take on the project. We review each request and reply.

Please give us accurate details. An estimate built on a wrong address, an incorrect measurement or a misdescribed scope is of no use to either of us.

Estimates, prices and timelines

Anything on this site that describes what work involves, how long a project takes or what it tends to cost is general guidance drawn from our experience. It is not a quotation and not a promise about your home.

Real numbers come only after we have seen the space. A price becomes binding when it is written into a signed agreement, and until that point figures are subject to the condition of the property, the materials chosen, access, permits, and what is found once work begins.

Workmanship and warranty

We stand behind our installations with a one-year installation labor warranty. The warranty's exact scope, what it excludes and how to claim under it are set out in your signed agreement — that document controls, and a summary on a web page does not extend it.

Manufacturers' warranties on materials, fixtures and appliances are given by those manufacturers directly, on their terms, and we pass them through to you unchanged.

Photographs on this site

The photographs here show work completed by Diamond Remodeling. They are there to convey the standard and style of finish we work to — they are not a catalogue, and nothing in them is an offer.

Every home, layout, budget and material selection differs, so treat a photograph as an illustration of our workmanship rather than a specification of your project. Ask and we will talk you through any of them, and put you in touch with references.

Reviews and testimonials

The reviews shown here were left by real customers on our Google Business Profile and are reproduced as written. They describe those customers' experience of their own project. Every home, budget and scope differs, so a review is not a prediction of your result.

Our content

The text, photography, articles, logo and design of this site belong to Diamond Remodeling or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own use, and link to it.

You may not republish our content, use it commercially, present it as your own work, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Using the site properly

Please do not:

  • Submit the consultation form with false details, or on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
  • Send automated, bulk or repeated submissions through the form.
  • Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or system you were not given access to.
  • Scrape, copy or harvest the site's content or anyone's contact details.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, or upload anything harmful to it or to anyone using it.

We may block access to anyone who does these things, and refuse to deal with a request that appears fraudulent.

Where we link to another website we are pointing you somewhere useful, not vouching for it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they treat your information.

No warranty for the site itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail is current — materials, suppliers, service areas and practices change, and a page may lag behind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, including any decision you make in reliance on something you read here. This limitation applies to the website only. It does not limit our liability under a signed contract for work we perform, and it does not exclude anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

If your misuse of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.

Changes

We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. The current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top, and it applies from the moment it is posted. Changes are not retroactive — a signed contract is governed by the terms in force when you signed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Onondaga County, New York, and you and we both agree to those courts hearing it.

If part of this is unenforceable

If a court finds any provision here unenforceable, that provision is narrowed to what is enforceable, or removed, and the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something on one occasion does not waive it.
