Jeff Carson has been remodeling kitchens and baths for nearly 25 years, starting as an apprentice to a high-end installer and founding Diamond Remodeling in 2013. He stays personally involved in every project, from the first design conversation to the final walkthrough, because the details matter.
Jeff is on the job, not just the invoice.
He takes the measurements, runs the walkthrough and answers the questions that come up mid-project. There is no account manager in between.

Yes. Consultations and estimates are complimentary. We start with a conversation about what you have in mind, and if it looks like a good fit, Jeff visits your home to see the space in person before preparing a proposal.
We primarily serve homeowners throughout Onondaga County and Madison County. If you're just outside those areas, reach out — we're happy to tell you whether we can help.
A smaller bathroom typically takes about three to five weeks. A larger primary bathroom generally runs six to eight weeks. Every timeline depends on the scope of the work, the materials selected, and what we find once demolition begins.
A complete kitchen remodel that includes substantial flooring work generally takes two to three months. We'll give you a realistic schedule for your specific project with your proposal, and keep you updated as the work progresses.
